Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, focusing on freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety laws, company policies, and procedures.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone and respond promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars, and maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members and meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour.
