Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues during pick-up.
3. Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, storing items in appropriate conditions.
4. Load orders into customers' cars, ensuring a positive experience.
5. Follow all food safety, legal, and company guidelines.
6. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
7. Report discrepancies and equipment issues promptly.
8. Assist in training new team members and adhere to productivity standards.
9. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
10. Follow directions, seek assistance when needed, and support vulnerable customers.
11. Perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
