Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers.
3. Follow all food safety procedures, laws, and company guidelines.
4. Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
5. Communicate professionally with customers via phone, respond promptly.
6. Ensure order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
7. Follow POS procedures, handle out-of-stock substitutions, and report discrepancies.
8. Perform opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members.
9. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity.
11. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
12. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
