Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pick-up.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all relevant laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow instructions in notes and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain communication with customers via phone professionally and promptly.
• Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.
• Provide positive customer service experiences.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Handle substitutions appropriately when items are out of stock.
• Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with integrity.
• Follow directions and seek help when needed.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent communication skills.

Desired Previous Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, in warehousing, stocking, or cashier roles.
