Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and handle substitutions or exceptions during pick-up.
3. Scan and bag orders following standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
4. Communicate with customers about order status and substitutions via portable phones.
5. Ensure order accuracy, load orders into customers' cars, and maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
6. Follow all food safety laws, company policies, and procedures.
7. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
8. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
9. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
11. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
