Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper is responsible for selecting and preparing customers' online orders, processing payments, and ensuring order accuracy and quality. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, communicates substitutions or issues, and loads orders into customers' cars, maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities include following all safety, food safety, and company guidelines, managing order staging, and ensuring cleanliness and organization. The role involves effective communication with customers, managing substitutions, and supporting team training and productivity standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with integrity is essential. Support for customers with special needs and compliance with all job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations, are required.
