Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for customers' online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure quality and freshness of items.

Responsibilities include receiving orders, storing products properly, following directions, ensuring order accuracy, and providing a positive customer experience. The role requires following safety and legal guidelines, maintaining cleanliness, reporting discrepancies, and assisting in training new team members.

The position demands the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
