Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiating and completing the selection process for online orders.
• Assembling orders, processing payments, and delivering orders to customers' cars.
• Scanning and bagging items while adhering to bagging standards.
• Communicating substitutions or issues to customers at pick-up.
• Ensuring order accuracy, quality, and freshness, and storing products properly.
• Responding professionally to customer calls and inquiries.
• Following all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Reporting discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Assisting in training new team members and performing opening/closing procedures.
• Meeting productivity standards and working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
