Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers orders to customers' cars. They also scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, following safety procedures, managing out-of-stock items, and supporting new team members. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts, act with integrity, follow directions, and assist customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
