Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon their arrival for pick-up. Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following all standards, communicating substitutions or exceptions to customers at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all applicable laws, food safety procedures, and company policies.
• Receive orders from the Order Selector, store products properly, and ensure order accuracy.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items.
• Communicate professionally with customers via portable phone and respond promptly.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts calmly and uphold honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
