Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Select and gather products for online orders, focusing on efficiency and quality.
• Initiate and complete order selection processes.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Follow safety and legal guidelines.
• Ensure order accuracy and product quality.
• Respond professionally to customer calls.
• Follow policies for out-of-stock substitutions.
• Report equipment issues and discrepancies.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to read shelf tags

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse worker, or cashier
