Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete product selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers orders to customers' cars. You will scan and bag items, follow bagging standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization, follow safety laws and company policies, and assist in training new team members. You should be able to work efficiently in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, act with integrity, and support customers of all needs.
