Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and proper storage of items.
• Read and follow specific instructions, respond professionally to customer calls.
• Ensure order accuracy, load orders into customers' vehicles, and maintain cleanliness of staging areas.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards, and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers with special needs.
