Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking a part-time personal shopper in Youngsville, LA to prepare online customer orders with speed and accuracy. You will identify substitutions, ensure accurate checkout totals, and maintain product knowledge with a safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities include bagging orders, loading them into customer vehicles, and delivering friendly, helpful service while complying with store policies and scheduling requirements.

Qualifications

• Six months or more related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 16 years old; 21+ in Louisiana.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification where applicable.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares online customer orders by selecting products accurately from shelves.
• Identifies out-of-stocks and suggests substitutions.
• Ensures accurate checkout totals and proper weighing/scanning of items.
• Maintains food safety standards and product knowledge.
• Organizes, bags, and loads orders into customer vehicles.
• Provides friendly, helpful service and answers questions.
