Cosmo is seeking experienced tutors to teach ESL students based in Asia. This role allows flexibility with a rate of $20 USD per lesson, plus incentives. Tutors are responsible for providing personalized instruction, preparing materials, and maintaining effective communication with students and parents.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of teaching experience. Candidates should have a passion for education and be available during the designated hours, ensuring a reliable and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
• Communicate with Cosmo staff.
