Job summary

ECPI University is seeking Economics professionals to join our faculty team in a remote capacity. You will deliver practical, hands-on instruction through Canvas LMS, supporting students in an engaging online environment.

Candidates must be available evenings and weekends to accommodate student schedules. A Master’s degree in Economics or a Master’s with 18 graduate hours is required, with 3–5 years industry experience and online teaching experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Economics or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline.
• 3–5 years industry experience required.
• 10–15 years career industry experience preferred.
• 2 years online teaching/curriculum experience, and strong online webinar presentation skills a plus.
• Canvas LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical hands-on instruction through the Canvas LMS in an engaging online environment.
• Help students achieve learning outcomes and adapt to a 5-week accelerated course format.
• Triage technical issues and serve as first point of contact for student support.

We are looking for Economics professionals to join our faculty team. No prior teaching experience is needed; we provide training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support.

As a faculty member, you'll provide practical hands‑on instruction through the Canvas LMS in an engaging learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes. Candidates must be available evenings and weekends to support students.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Economics or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution.

Experience:

• 3-5 years industry experience required
• 10-15 years career industry experience preferred.
• Industry experience must be within the last 5 years.
• 2 years online teaching/curriculum experience, and strong online webinar presentation skills a plus.
• Canvas LMS experience preferred.
