Job summary

ECPI University is seeking Psychology faculty to deliver hands-on instruction remotely via Canvas LMS. Candidates must be available evenings and weekends to support students and to provide training and mentorship with ongoing faculty support.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Psychology (or a Master’s with 18 graduate hours in psychology) and 3–5 years of industry experience, with preference for 10–15 years and online teaching experience. Remote work is available nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or a Master’s with 18 grad hours in psychology from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of industry experience required; 10–15 years preferred.
• 2 years online teaching/curriculum experience is a plus; Canvas LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on instruction through Canvas LMS in an engaging online learning environment.
• Support students evenings and weekends to accommodate their schedules.
• Triage and troubleshoot software or technical concerns for students.

We are looking for Psychology professionals to join our faculty team. No prior teaching experience is needed; we provide training, mentoring, and ongoing faculty support.

As a faculty member, you'll provide practical hands‑on instruction through the Canvas LMS in an engaging learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies in order to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes. Candidates must be available evenings and weekends to support students.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Psychology or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited educational institution.

Experience:

• 3-5 years industry experience required
• 10-15 years career industry experience preferred.
• Industry experience must be within the last 5 years.
• 2 years online teaching/curriculum experience, and strong online webinar presentation skills a plus.
• Canvas LMS experience preferred.
