Job summary

Concordia University Wisconsin is seeking an Online Course Administration Specialist to support the Instructional Design team within the Center for Learning and Teaching. This part-time, hybrid role focuses on updating online courses in Canvas and ensuring consistent formatting across courses.

The successful candidate works independently, manages timelines, and communicates clearly as part of a project-based course development effort, with training provided for LMS systems beyond Canvas.

Qualifications

• Experience with technology, web-based applications, and/or learning management systems.
• Canvas experience preferred; training will be provided for other LMSs.

Responsibilities

• Update designated technical components of online courses in Canvas, including organizing existing content within the established course structure and applying approved formatting and layout standards.
• Work systematically through assigned courses and programs, following established procedures and project priorities to ensure work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Complete assigned work within established project timelines and assist with other duties related to course maintenance as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned
