Job summary

Concordia University Wisconsin is seeking an Online Course Administration Specialist (CAS) to support the Instructional Design team within the Center for Learning and Teaching (CELT). This part-time, hybrid role focuses on updating Canvas courses and applying formatting standards across projects.

The CAS works independently, manages multiple courses, and meets project timelines. Strong attention to detail, writing and verbal communication skills, and experience with LMS technology are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with technology and web-based applications, including LMS.
• Experience in higher education or online learning preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow procedures, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Update online course components in Canvas and organize content.
• Follow procedures and priorities to complete work accurately and consistently.
• Meet project timelines and assist with course maintenance and other duties as assigned.
