Job summary

Coco Coders in Fargo, ND is seeking an Online Coding Teacher / Customer Success Specialist who resides in North Dakota. This part-time role includes customer support via email and chat, coordinating scheduling, and occasional online coding lessons for ages 6-14 using our curriculum.

You will collaborate with a remote team to enhance the learning experience, monitor student progress, provide feedback, and help teachers with scheduling. There is a dedicated Emerging Prairie office for hybrid days.

Our mission is to inspire and empower young learners to become skilled coders through our comprehensive curriculum and interactive learning platform.**About the Role:**We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist with small amounts of teaching. In this role, you will be responsible for customer success, supporting teachers and occasionally delivering online coding lessons to students ages 6-14. You will work closely with our remote team to enhance our program, assist with scheduling, and ensure the success of our students.
