Job summary

Coco Coders is seeking a Customer Success Specialist with a passion for coding education to support teachers and occasionally deliver online lessons to 6-14 year olds. The role is based in Fargo, ND, with a dedicated office space for flexible hybrid work days.

You will manage customer inquiries, help schedule classes, and deliver engaging lessons using Coco Coders curriculum. Ideal candidates have online teaching or support experience and knowledge of Scratch, Python, or JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Must reside in North Dakota.
• Available 10 hours per week, with potential for more hours.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Passionate about coding education and helping students succeed.
• Self-starter who can work independently and with a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior online teaching or customer support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Scratch, Python, and/or JavaScript preferred.
