Job summary

Management Concepts is seeking an experienced Online Classroom Producer to join our fully remote, part-time training team. You will act as the technical lead for live virtual sessions, ensuring polished delivery and a seamless learner experience.

You will test classrooms, monitor chat and polls, and provide real-time instructor support across Adobe Connect, Zoom, and Teams while coordinating post-session wrap-up activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer service or help desk experience a plus.
• Experience in supporting virtual training in Adobe Connect, Zoom and Teams preferred.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Canvas and Cornerstone on Demand) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Management Concepts is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Online Classroom Producer to join our virtual training team. This remote, part-time role (approximately 30 hours per week) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, engaging, and seamless online learning experiences.

The Online Classroom Producer serves as the technical lead for virtual training events, managing all behind-the-scenes logistics before, during, and after each session. By handling the technical and production elements, the Producer enables instructors to focus on what they do best - guiding participants through course content and achieving learning objectives.

This role is essential to transforming virtual training into smooth, interactive, and professional experiences that keep learners engaged and instructors on track. The Online Classroom Producer is a key differentiator between a highly successful live event and one that feels disorganized or disruptive.

Key Responsibilities
