AMERITRUST AUTO LLC is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to oversee online sales opportunities and digital inquiries from initial contact through appointment and transition to the sales and F&I process.

The role requires managing internet leads, website inquiries, and third-party sources while maximizing lead conversion and vehicle sales. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and leadership ensures a consistent customer experience across digital and in-person channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or internet sales preferred.
• Experience using dealership CRM and DMS platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of leads and customer communications.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage internet leads from dealership website, third-party providers, online marketplaces, and inquiries.
• Ensure leads are assigned, contacted, documented, and followed within the CRM.
• Establish response-time and follow-up standards for internet leads.
• Communicate professionally with prospective customers via phone, email, text, and other approved channels.
• Identify customer needs and assist with vehicle selection, pricing, and appointments.
• Schedule dealership appointments, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
• Track lead sources, show rates, and sales metrics.
• Coordinate with management on pricing and advertising compliance.
• Supervise Internet Sales Representatives or BDC personnel if assigned.
• Train employees on CRM procedures and lead management.
