Job summary

CSU’s Administrative Faculty member leads faculty teaching across related program areas, reporting to the Program Chair and overseeing adjunct faculty performance, scheduling, hiring, and evaluation. The role supports student retention, outcomes analysis, and continuous faculty development within AIUS.

The position includes teaching at least one class annually and may serve on doctoral committees, with strong emphasis on data-driven improvements and policy alignment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Psychology or related field required for responsibility over graduate faculty.
• Proven record of online college/university teaching and leadership.
• Strong assessment, curriculum development, and student success focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic oversight for adjunct faculty across the system.
• Analyze faculty and student metrics and respond accordingly.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and credentialing of faculty.
• Teach at least one class per year and participate in doctoral committees when applicable.
• Lead and participate in accreditation efforts and cross-functional teams.
