Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience; e-commerce servicing a plus.
• Previous credit union or banking experience required.
• Knowledge of online banking and mobile deposit functionality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• Background checks and pre-employment drug test conducted.

Responsibilities

• Answer, troubleshoot and respond to inquiries via phone, email and chat about online banking and member accounts.
• Provide one-call resolution and educate members on products and services; cross-sell where appropriate.
• Back up call center queues as needed; escalate to supervisors as required.
