Minimum qualifications include a Juris Doctor and either professional licensure or two years of related work experience, with preference for prior online teaching. Transcripts are required at various stages of the process.

• Must have strong working knowledge of current technologies appropriate to area of instruction.
• A qualified faculty member in Legal Studies possesses an earned Juris Doctor degree from a regionally accredited institution and have one of the following: professional licensure or two years of related work experience.
