Gulf Winds International, Inc. is actively seeking a Driver Recruiter to attract and qualify professional truck drivers, focusing on owner-operators and intermodal experience. The role develops market-specific strategies and manages the applicant pipeline from first contact to onboarding.

You will collaborate with Operations and Marketing to align capacity needs with market competitiveness while delivering a superior candidate experience and upholding company culture.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of truck driver recruiting experience required (owner-operator recruiting experience strongly preferred).
• 6+ months Tenstreet experience required.
• Prior experience in intermodal/drayage or transportation industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, and driver qualification requirements.

Position Summary

The Driver Recruiter is responsible for attracting and qualifying professional truck drivers, with a focus on owner-operators and drivers with intermodal container experience. This role develops and executes market-specific recruiting strategies, manages the applicant pipeline, and ensures a seamless hiring experience from initial contact through onboarding. The Driver Recruiter partners closely with Operations and the Marketing/Drive team to align capacity needs, market competitiveness, and retention goals, while promoting company culture and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
