Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking an experienced OneStream Developer to join our Technology Enablement practice in the Philippines. You will be hands-on across data integration, business rule development, and architecture to deliver scalable EPM solutions.

You’ll collaborate with US-based teams, design integrations with SAP, Oracle, and Workday, and build data models and dashboards within OneStream while focusing on quality and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Finance or similar.
• OneStream certification required; OneStream Architect certification preferred.
• 4+ years of hands-on OneStream development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development across all OneStream implementations, including business rule development and data integration.
• Design and build integrations between OneStream and ERP/source systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) using connectors, ETL tools, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain data models, cube views, dashboards, and custom workflows within OneStream.
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Perform complex data validations, resolve data variance, and ensure compliance with design requirements.
• Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
