Job summary

Accenture invites experienced professionals to join as a OneStream Senior Developer responsible for delivering and leading complex OneStream XF implementations. You will mentor junior developers, shape technical design, and collaborate with architects, functional leads, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality EPM solutions across the full lifecycle.

Travel may be required; compensation varies by location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience developing OneStream platforms including multi-dimensional cubes, metadata maintenance, and security configurations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience developing business rules in VB.net or C#.
• Minimum of 2 years experience developing Data Management sequences and steps.
• Minimum of 3 years report & dashboard development.
• Minimum of 3 years experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers.
• OneStream Certified (OCA): Administration or Implementor. If not certified, willing to certify in 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
• Understand the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
• Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seek guidance on complex problems.
• Demonstrate executive presence during frequent upward interaction with direct supervisor and possibly clients.
• Determine methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
• Ensure decision-making positively impacts the team.
• Manage small teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
• Support the new business proposal process (SOWs, RFPs, client conversations).
• Deliver and develop functional OneStream solutions that meet business requirements with deep OneStream SME.
