Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned OneStream Techno-Functional Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design, build, and implementation across consolidation, planning, reporting, and close management. You will translate business needs into scalable platform blueprints and govern integration frameworks.

You will mentor senior developers, drive platform best practices, and partner with CFO leadership to deliver enterprise-grade EPM solutions throughout the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience designing and developing OneStream solutions, including at least 3 full lifecycle enterprise implementations
• Minimum of 5 years performance management consulting (Consolidations or Planning)
• Minimum of 3 years experience leading & facilitating requirement and design workshops
• Minimum of 3 years of Industry Expertise/Knowledge in key strategic areas (Manufacturing/Retail, Financial Services, and Energy)
• Minimum of 2 years of EPM transformational experience (understanding OneStream functionality)
• OneStream Certified (OPC): Lead Architect or Core Platform Architect
• Bonus points for OneStream training courses and level 2 courses
• Desire to learn modern AI/ML technologies and augment EPM

Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end technical and functional architecture of OneStream XF implementations across consolidation, planning, reporting, and close management
• Lead discovery workshops with CFO/Controller to capture requirements and translate into architecture blueprints
• Design application architecture including cube structure, dimensionality, workflow, security, and data integration
• Establish platform governance standards and coding best practices across development workstreams
• Drive integration architecture between OneStream and ERP, HCM, CRM, and data warehouses
• Evaluate and select marketplace solutions and third-party tools aligned with business needs
• Lead technical and functional reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Act as escalation point for complex issues during implementation and post go-live
• Transform requirements into OneStream design using OO principles for extensibility
• Lead clients and teams through discovery, blueprinting, design, deployment, and value realization
• Grow the practice by owning the new business proposal process (SOWs, RFPs, client conversations)
• Manage resource supply and demand planning for current and upcoming projects
• Guide and mentor senior developers and functional consultants
