Job summary

Henderson Drake is seeking an experienced OneStream Manager to join a growing EPM consulting team in the United States. The role leads end-to-end OneStream implementations, manages client relationships, and provides both technical and functional leadership across OneStream solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong hands-on OneStream consulting experience, proven ability to lead implementations, and excellent client-facing and mentoring capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on OneStream consulting experience required.
• Experience leading OneStream implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Close, Consolidation, Planning and Reporting.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project teams and mentoring consultants.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead OneStream implementations and client engagements end-to-end.
• Manage project delivery, timelines and client relationships.
• Provide technical and functional leadership across OneStream solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Mentor and support junior consultants.
• Contribute to business development and practice growth.
