Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced OneStream Senior Developer to lead technical design and delivery of complex XF implementations. You will mentor junior developers, drive best practices, and collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders to deliver robust EPM solutions across the full lifecycle.

Travel may be required; you’ll support business proposals, client conversations, and solution demos while delivering across multi-region engagements from Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience developing OneStream platforms with multi-dimensional cubes, metadata and security configurations.
• Minimum of 2 years experience developing data management sequences.
• Minimum of 3 years report & dashboard development.
• Minimum of 3 years leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers.
• OneStream Certification (OCA): Administration or Implementor, or willingness to certify within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 6+ years if only an Associate’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and develop OneStream solutions that meet business requirements with deep OneStream expertise.
• Lead technical workstreams and mentor junior developers.
• Engage with architects, leads and stakeholders to drive design and delivery.
• Support business cases, SOWs and responses to RFPs; contribute to client conversations.
• Grow the practice by participating in proposals and solution demonstrations.
