Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead discovery, design, and deployment of OneStream solutions for major clients, steer workshops, and develop PoCs to optimize performance within a global GSI.

The role requires strong technical architecture in OneStream, .NET, and SQL, plus leadership abilities to mentor staff and shape governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of five years of technical architecture experience with at least three years in OneStream implementations.
• Strong knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes.
• Proficiency in .NET and SQL development within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) is a plus.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions.
• Run client workshops to gather requirements and create design docs.
• Develop proofs of concept to optimize performance.
• Oversee solution quality and testing (unit/integration/UA).
• Communicate a vision and roadmaps across project teams.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to COE governance.
