Job summary

MorganFranklin Consulting LLC in Nashville is seeking an experienced CPM professional to lead OneStream engagements from requirements and design to deployment and support.

You will shape CPM strategy, help grow the OneStream practice, and mentor teams while collaborating with CFO/CIO leadership to deliver measurable value. Travel up to 25% required, with a background in data integration and CPM implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream.
• 5+ years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream and/or other market leading CPM solutions (e.g., Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Hyperion).
• Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions to empower functional business needs.
• 5+ years of relevant professional services experience.
• Strong understanding of CPM processes including close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with data integration, conversions, and interfaces.
• OneStream rules and/or .NET and/or VBA and/or SQL experience.
• Experience managing projects including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Proven ability to lead and build teams delivering value beyond client expectations.
• Travel flexibility up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements across the full project lifecycle.
• Help set and execute CPM strategy and grow the practice.
• Support business development pursuits, events, and proposals.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodology and best practices.
• Educate audiences on OneStream capabilities and best practices.
• Coach and develop team members through mentorship and training.
• Collaborate with other Highspring services to engage as business partners.
• Embody the company culture and client service principles.
