Enterprise Performance Management – Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Client‑face, translating business requirements into specific system, application, or process designs for CPM solutions.
• Support CPM practice in deal shaping, including discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.
• Translate client processes and requirements into a CPM solution, including systems integrations and recommended best‑of‑breed solutions.
• Prepare clients for OneStream usage by analyzing business and operations changes, defining and delivering training, and executing testing plans.
• Deliver on OneStream projects, meeting tactical and strategic requirements over a full project life cycle.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team, map planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements against OneStream applications.
• Manage customer relationships by providing support, answering questions, and resolving concerns and issues.
• Communicate essential information, obtain team input, review open issues and action items, and contribute information to team meetings and reports.
• Build expertise through educational opportunities, self‑study, professional publications, personal networks, and professional organizations.
• Deliver projects in critical data, data management, governance, dashboard monitoring, data quality dashboards, data controls, lineage, and mapping.
• Conduct interviews with client stakeholders to identify process and data challenges.
• Document findings for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Develop analytical proof‑of‑concept prototypes and large‑scale analytical platform implementations.
• Create model documentation, implementation roadmaps, and conduct knowledge transfers.
• Deliver OneStream projects including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and special projects.
• Conduct operational assessments to analyze current enterprise processes, organization, and technology environment.
• Work with accounting, FP&A, and operations groups.

Qualifications – Minimum

• 2+ years of OneStream XF implementation experience in professional services or industry.
• Close Consolidation and Budgeting process experience.
• Data management and/or data architecture experience.
• Experience presenting to CXO suite.
• Self‑starter able to function individually or in a team.
• Constant eagerness to learn and teach others.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior implementation experience with Hyperion and/or Host Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, IT, or related field.
• Knowledge of cross‑product interoperability.
• Demonstrated expertise in business analysis and decision‑making.
• Success with business process re‑engineering, process improvement, business case development, and organizational design.
• Six Sigma or PMP certification.
• Understanding of typical software development lifecycles.
• Experience documenting and performing analysis of client technology strategy, architecture, organization, and processes.
• Experience identifying and correcting imperfect data and processes.
• Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations.

Compensation

Base Compensation Range: $70,446 – $140,311 USD.
