Job summary

Henderson Drake is seeking an experienced OneStream Lead with a strong Planning & Budgeting background to join a growing EPM consultancy in the United States. You will lead end-to-end OneStream Planning implementations, design budgeting and forecasting solutions, and translate business needs into scalable OneStream designs.

You will collaborate with Finance and FP&A stakeholders, mentor consultants, and guide project delivery from design through optimisation, ensuring client success and value

Qualifications

• Experience delivering OneStream Planning implementations for clients.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into OneStream solutions.
• Experience mentoring consultants and leading project delivery.

• Lead end-to-end OneStream Planning implementations
• Design and develop Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting solutions
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into OneStream solutions
• Work closely with Finance and FP&A stakeholders
• Lead project delivery and provide technical guidance to consultants
• Support clients through solution design, implementation and optimisation

Requirements:

• Experience working directly with clients
• Ability to lead projects and mentor consultants
