Job summary

GDH is seeking a OneStream Implementation & Support Contractor to drive deployment, testing, and ongoing support of the OneStream platform. You will collaborate with Finance and IT to enable consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting and close processes with strong documentation and knowledge transfer.

You will participate in all project phases from initiation to go-live, design future support, assist with testing and validation, and implement IT controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven OneStream implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Experience with SOX controls and financial compliance processes.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and data management.
• Proficiency in OneStream administration: workflows, security, environments and metadata.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot OneStream Business Rules and validation logic.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to support change, release and environment management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of OneStream implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Gather and document IT support processes for consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and close activities.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to design a future-state support model.
• Assist implementation partners with testing, deployment, and system validation activities.
• Develop system controls that comply with internal IT policies and standards.
• Execute and support system integration, user acceptance, regression, and performance testing with the solution integrator.
• Document test cases, defects, and remediation plans to ensure quality assurance.
• Support production cutover planning and deployment readiness efforts.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, process maps, and support procedures.
• Participate in governance, change management, release, and environment management processes, ensuring compliance and control adherence.
