Job summary

Amtex Enterprises Inc. in Houston is seeking an IT Administrator/Support contractor for a 12+ month on-site engagement to implement and support a OneStream platform across finance, IT, and implementation partners.

The role requires hands-on OneStream experience, strong knowledge of financial processes, and the ability to create support documentation and knowledge transfer materials to enable long-term success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting or implementing OneStream solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SOX controls and financial compliance processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and performance testing activities.
• Document test cases, results, defects, and remediation plans.
• Coordinate issue tracking and resolution with project teams.
• Support production deployment planning, cutover activities, and go-live readiness assessments.
• Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
