Client: End Client of a Leading CPA & Advisory Firm

Location: Cleveland Metro Area

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Approximately 80% Remote / 20% Onsite

Start Date: On or before October 1

Duration: TBD

Hours: Initially less than 20 hours per week, with the potential to expand to full-time

Pay Rate Target: $120-$130 per hour (C2C) - ROD (Rate Open for Discussion)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced OneStream Manager / Architect to support an established OneStream environment for an end client of a leading CPA and advisory firm. The client currently utilizes OneStream and is looking for a senior-level consultant who can help optimize and enhance the existing platform while supporting its expansion across additional global business units and entities.

The engagement will focus primarily on improving the existing OneStream environment, introducing additional functionality, and supporting further global deployment. The ideal consultant will bring a strong combination of OneStream technical architecture and hands-on configuration expertise, along with functional knowledge of finance, consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the client's existing OneStream environment and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
• Provide Manager/Architect-level technical leadership around OneStream architecture, configuration, design, and deployment.
• Support the rollout of OneStream capabilities to additional global entities and business units.
• Configure and enhance OneStream functionality based on evolving business requirements.
• Support Close & Consolidation, including financial consolidation, reporting, and related processes.
• Support budgeting, planning, and forecasting functionality within OneStream.
• Potentially support Operational Planning and related OneStream capabilities.
• Assist with reporting, integrations, development, administration, and ongoing platform support as required.
• Evaluate the existing environment and recommend scalable solutions, enhancements, and OneStream best practices.
• Partner with finance, accounting, technology, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective OneStream solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues and provide hands-on support throughout the engagement.
• Help establish an architecture and deployment approach capable of supporting a broader global OneStream footprint.

Ideal Background

• 5+ years experience with the OneStream platform, preferably including multiple implementations, expansions, or optimization engagements.
• Experience operating at the Manager, Solution Architect, or Lead Consultant level.
• Functional understanding of financial close, consolidation, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with OneStream configuration, development, integrations, reporting, and administration.
• Experience supporting global organizations, multiple entities, or multiple business units is strongly preferred.
