Job Title : IT Administrator / Support (OneStream Implementation & Support Contractor)
Location: 925 N. Eldridge Pkwy, Houston Texas 77079-9-80 Schedule (9Hr Days) on-site role
Duration: 12+ Months - Multi Year Contract
Rate: $50-60/hr on W2 or $60-70/hr on C2C or 1099- MAX

9/80 schedule so that’s basically every other week you’re off on Fridays

SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced OneStream Implementation & Support Contractor to support the implementation, testing, deployment, and transition of a OneStream platform initiative. This role will work closely with Finance, IT, and implementation partners to ensure successful delivery of financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and close management capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on OneStream implementation experience, strong knowledge of financial processes, and the ability to create comprehensive support documentation and knowledge transfer materials to enable long-term operational success.

Testing & Deployment

• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and performance testing activities.
• Document test cases, test results, defects, and remediation plans.
• Coordinate issue tracking and resolution efforts with project teams.
• Support production deployment planning, cutover activities, and go-live readiness assessments.

Governance, Compliance & Controls

• Support financial controls, audit readiness, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain system documentation, process maps, and operational procedures.
• Participate in change management, release management, and environment management activities.
• Ensure support processes are documented and aligned with organizational standards.
