Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Medina, Minnesota, is seeking a financial systems developer to enhance OneStream implementations and data workflows.

You'll work with finance and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, balancing hands-on development with ongoing system support. The role also entails maintaining integrations with Snowflake and Power BI, optimizing reporting capabilities, and contributing to upgrades and new functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing in OneStream.
• Experience with VB.Net or C# required.
• Experience working with SQL in database and reporting tools such as Snowflake or Power BI.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• This position follows a hybrid work model with three days in Medina, MN office and two days remote per week.
• This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial system solutions within OneStream.
• Partner with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support implementation and deployment of new functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain and optimize system integrations, including data mappings and transformations.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives leveraging Snowflake and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users.
• Maintain accurate solution design, configuration, and support documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance, and implement scalable enhancements.
• Assist in evaluating system upgrades, maintenance releases, patches, and emerging technologies.
