Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Financial Systems Developer to design, implement, and maintain OneStream solutions while partnering with finance and cross‑functional teams.

You will also contribute to data and reporting initiatives using Snowflake and Power BI to deliver accurate financial insights. You will balance hands‑on development with system support and continuous improvement of processes and integrations in a hybrid role based in Medina, MN with remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing in OneStream with VB.net or C# required.
• Experience working with SQL in database and reporting tools such as Snowflake or Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively on finance solutions required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• This position follows a hybrid work model with three days in the Medina, MN office and two days remote per week.
• This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial system solutions within OneStream.
• Partner with finance and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support implementation and deployment of new functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain and optimize system integrations, including data mappings and transformations.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives leveraging Snowflake and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users.
• Maintain accurate solution design, configuration, and support documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance, and implement scalable enhancements.
• Assist in evaluating system upgrades, maintenance releases, patches, and emerging technologies.
