Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a software-focused finance systems engineer to develop and maintain OneStream solutions, with data and reporting work using Snowflake and Power BI.

The role balances hands‑on development with system support, collaborating with finance and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable insights. The position follows a hybrid model, three days in Medina, MN and two remote per week, with a starting Minnesota pay range discussed in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing in OneStream with VB.net or C# required.
• Experience with SQL in database and reporting tools such as Snowflake or Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain financial system solutions within OneStream.
• Partner with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support implementation and deployment of new functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain and optimize system integrations, including data mappings and transformations.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives leveraging Snowflake and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users.
• Maintain accurate solution design, configuration, and support documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance, and implement scalable enhancements.
• Assist in evaluating system upgrades, maintenance releases, patches, and emerging technologies.
