Henderson Drake is supporting the growth of a well-established finance systems team looking to hire a OneStream Developer to help enhance and evolve its enterprise OneStream platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2+ years of OneStream experience who enjoys technical development, working closely with finance users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of a mature EPM environment.

What you will be doing

• Develop and enhance OneStream business rules, workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions
• Configure metadata, data integrations, and platform components to support evolving business requirements
• Build and maintain data loading and validation processes
• Work with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Support platform upgrades, testing, and ongoing system enhancements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimise platform performance
• Contribute to best practices across development, documentation, and platform governance

What you will bring

• 2+ years of hands‑on OneStream development experience
• Strong knowledge of OneStream business rules, workflows, and data management
• Experience working with financial systems in either a consulting or corporate environment
• Previous Hyperion experience is advantageous
• Background in IT, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
