Polaris Inc. in Medina, MN is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize our OneStream-based finance platform.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, partnering with finance and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial insights. The role blends hands-on development with system support, data mappings, and reporting using Snowflake and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience developing in OneStream with VB.net or C# required.
• Experience working with SQL in database and reporting tools such as Snowflake or Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively on finance solutions required.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Hybrid work model: three days in the Medina, MN office and two days remote per week.
• Not eligible for sponsorship.
