Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a OneStream Consolidation Manager to lead global financial consolidation, close, and reporting within OneStream. You will own the OneStream consolidation app, optimize functionality, ensure data integrity, and support audits.

Candidates should have 5+ years accounting/financial reporting, 2+ years OneStream administration, and experience with multinational consolidations. Hybrid work with in-person collaboration is available in the Austin area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• 2+ years Hands-on OneStream administration and consolidation experience required.
• Experience managing multinational consolidations.
• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP a plus) preferred.
• Functional knowledge and understanding of VB.NET.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, including demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional business owner for the OneStream platform and lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes.
• Oversee metadata, account structure maintenance, and governance for financial master data.
• Coordinate monthly close activities across global finance teams and monitor certification workflows.
• Drive automation and process improvements to shorten close cycles.
• Enable corporate allocations and distributions in OneStream and post related ERP entries.
