Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation processes.
• Ensure accuracy of consolidated financial statements and schedules.
• Oversee ownership structures, legal hierarchies, intercompany eliminations in OneStream.
• Manage foreign currency translation and multi-entity reporting.
• Govern consolidation close; drive continuous improvement of processes.
• Support acquisitions and integration with consolidation framework.
• Coordinate external audits related to consolidation and reporting.
