Job summary

Bridgewell is seeking a Classroom Aide 3 to provide one-to-one support to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities, assisting with daily living activities and behavior data collection. The role runs Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, totaling 35 hours per week, with responsibilities across program activities and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and experience with adults with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of principles of normalization, behavior management, and human rights.
Valid driver's license and one year of driving experience.
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one support and assistance to individuals with developmental and psychiatric disabilities with activities of daily living.
Assist with data collection of each individual's goals.
Document medical data or target behaviors daily.
Participate in program activities including arrivals, breaks, lunches, and departures.
Maintain certifications including FA/CPR and PABC.
Attend required meetings and complete administrative duties.
