Virtua Health in Burlington Hospital seeks a One to One Observer to provide constant patient observation, ensuring safety and supportive interactions. You will cooperate with the healthcare team, document changes, and assist with patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and completion of the Observer course or equivalent. Part-time night shifts are available with a comprehensive benefits package for employees.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of Observer course or equivalent is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provides constant one-to-one observation of assigned patient, ensuring a safe environment and calm interactions.
• Provides restraint care to patients in restraints.
• Identifies and communicates changes in patient status to the RN and responds appropriately.
• Assists in orientation of the healthcare team.
• Other duties as assigned.
