You will document patient interactions, report safety concerns, and collaborate with the nursing staff to ensure smooth care delivery. A passion for patient care and safety is essential, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide one-to-one observation of patients.
• Experience in customer service or team-based environments is a plus.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant observation and personal care for patients requiring one-to-one support.
• Assist with daily living needs: bathing, oral care, mobility, nutrition, and elimination.
• Document patient interactions and observations accurately.
• Identify and report behavioral changes or safety concerns to nursing staff.
• Maintain a hazard-free environment and follow safety protocols during transport.
• Support nursing assistants and serve as a preceptor for new team members.
